What is your recommended temperature for GPUs?

You want to make sure the top limit should be capped at 80C threshold and auto-shut down afterwards. The happy place is roughly 60-70C or less, is where you woud see peak usage at peak performance if your cooling is inadequate. 60-70C is the typical temperatures for those in more tropical/humid locations. In terms of longevity anything under 60C is phenomenal/optimal.
The key consideration is the amount of fan speed % used = more electricity spent.
Is it just random chance that the sweet spot is just perfect for Sous Vide? Makes me want to pipe my cooling fluid thru a jacketed kettle so I can poach eggs, crank out a perfect steak, or some amazing salmon. Faster hashing for tighter proteins!
