AMDPtune and Power Limit
-
Hi, I'm coming from a Windows environment and had a question regarding the AMDPtune setting. Is this the same as the Power Limit in Wattman in Windows? If so, can I go to a negative power limit? If it's not the same, is there an equivalent setting in gpuconfig for power limit? I did a good amount of messing around with my cards and was able to shave about 10% off my watts from the wall without sacrificing hashrate in Windows and would like to try that with PiMP.

you can set a lower number than default of 7, which will somehow lower the total watts used by the gpu, but thats not the same as undervolting which is lowering the voltage threshold that a binary signal becomes a 1.
